Class Policies
We’re so excited to have you join us for a class! Please take a moment to review our class policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or credit, as it is unlikely we can fill your spot and our instructors have already prepared.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Class Cancellations by Quilter’s Cottage
If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
Transferring Your Registration
If you’re unable to attend, you may send a friend in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can update our roster.
Supplies & Equipment
A supply list will be provided upon registration. Students are responsible for bringing all required supplies and a working sewing machine, unless otherwise noted.
If you need to rent a machine from us, please let us know in advance.
Skill Level & Age
Please check the class description for skill level recommendations. Most classes are designed for adults; youth participation is allowed with prior approval.
