Class Policies

We’re so excited to have you join us for a class! Please take a moment to review our class policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Student Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or store credit.

• Late Cancellations (within 72 hours): Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or store credit for cancellations made less than 72 hours before class, as it is unlikely we can fill your spot and our instructors have already prepared.

• No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be given if you miss the class without prior notice.

Class Cancellations by Quilter’s Cottage

• If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

Transferring Your Registration

• If you’re unable to attend, you may send a friend in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust our roster.

Supplies & Equipment

• A supply list will be provided upon registration. Students are responsible for bringing all required supplies and a working sewing machine, unless otherwise noted.

• If you need to rent a machine from us, please let us know in advance.

Skill Level & Age

• Please check the class description for skill level recommendations. Most classes are designed for adults; youth participation is allowed with prior approval.
