Woven non-roll elastic resists rolling and twisting inside a casing, so a waistband stays flat instead of folding over on itself in the wash. Machine washable and dryable up to 200°F. The wider 1-1/2" cut gives a broader, more comfortable pull-on waistband and holds its shape better on heavier bottoms than a narrow elastic will.
