Knit elastic is soft, curl resistant, and does not narrow when stretched — which means you can stitch it directly to the fabric rather than threading it through a casing. Great for necklines, sleeves, swimwear, waistbands and leg bands. Machine washable and dryable up to 200°F. The softest 1" elastic we carry, and the one to choose for anything worn against the skin.
