We start with the finest quality long staple USA cotton. The fibers are mechanically cleaned (no chemicals), then specially carded, cross-lapped, and needle-punched for unmatched consistency and strength. No scrim, resin, or glue — just pure natural cotton. Thanks to the high grade of cotton and unique multi-step processing, Quilters Dream Cotton is strong yet exceptionally soft.
