The default needle for everyday sewing, with a slightly rounded point that handles wovens and knits without being specialised for either. Chrome plated to resist heat and wear, so it stays cooler longer with less stitch distortion. At 70/10 it is the fine end of the range — good for lightweight cottons, lawn and voile, and for fine thread where a heavier needle would leave a visible hole.
