Clover – Quick Yo-Yo Maker | Jumbo 3-1/2"

Makes uniform gathered fabric yo-yos about 3-1/2" across without tracing or cutting circles by eye. Snap fabric into the two-part plate, trim around it, stitch along the guide marks, then pop it out and pull the thread to gather. Instructions on the package.
